The Center for Online Innovation and Production (COIP) at UF is a multifaceted department that facilitates online learning initiatives for UF Online, the nation's number one online bachelor's program as ranked by U.S. News and World Report for 2022 and 2023.
As a Multimedia Specialist II, I manage the workflow and organization with a small team of motion designers, assist the graphic design team during the initial phase of course development, produce storyboards and video assets for pre-production and shooting, edit long form video content, plan, coordinate, and post social media content, and follow projects through from concept to final edit with animation, compositing, and audio edits. I have helped the team develop an efficient pipeline and organizational structure for animated and motion graphic practices, that fit within the entire department's consistently refined and well maintained processes.
